Terms of Sale

Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • To help prevent payment fraud, we reserve the right to hold orders until payment verification is complete.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order for any reason.


2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Interac, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

  • You are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or fees applicable in your region.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and may vary.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

  • Orders refused by the recipient (consignee) and marked “Return to Sender” are subject to a 5% restocking fee, as well as shipping and payment processing costs.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange:

    • Within 30 days of delivery for unopened items

    • Within 14 days of delivery for opened items

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee.

    • These fees may be waived in the case of an exchange for products of greater value than the original purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Return shipping will be covered.

  • Please include photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation as processing may have already begun.


7. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to screen settings or handmade elements.


8. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

  • We rely on third-party services such as payment processors, shipping providers, and platform integrations to fulfill your order. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, we are not responsible for any delays, errors, outages, or disruptions caused by these external services.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Princess Pasta Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
