Ricable Now in the USA — Almost

We’re thrilled to announce that Princess Pasta Audio has opened a U.S. domestic inventory channel for Ricable. This means quicker shipping, lower cross-border costs, and an even smoother experience for our American customers.

Alongside this, we’ve rolled out a new Inventory Location Tracker that automatically shows whether your order will ship from Canada or the USA — bringing full transparency to our logistics network.

Unfortunately, our first U.S. shipment is experiencing a delay:

While U.S. Customs remains operational during the federal government shutdown, processing times have been extended, and our Ricable shipment is awaiting clearance.

Once clearance is granted, all U.S. orders will fulfill directly from our Pensylvania warehouse. Canadian orders remain unaffected and continue to ship from Ontario as usual.

We’ll keep this post updated as the situation develops. In the meantime, you can still browse and reserve your cables — they’ll ship domestically as soon as customs releases our cables!
