To help prevent payment fraud, we reserve the right to hold orders until payment verification is complete.

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Interac, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

You are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or fees applicable in your region.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and may vary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Orders refused by the recipient (consignee) and marked “Return to Sender” are subject to a 5% restocking fee, as well as shipping and payment processing costs.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange:

Within 30 days of delivery for unopened items

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee.

These fees may be waived in the case of an exchange for products of greater value than the original purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Return shipping will be covered.

Please include photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.
6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation as processing may have already begun.
