Born from the intersection of acoustical engineering and artisan craft, the AM7 represents Opal Audio’s vision for a headphone that sounds as natural as it feels. Each pair is hand-built in Ontario from stabilized Ambrosia Maple, SLM 3D-printed aluminium, machined brass rods, and a hand-tooled leather headband, then tuned for coherence, comfort, and long-term durability.
At its heart lies a 40 mm neodymium dynamic driver, voiced for a balanced, musical presentation—airy highs, textured mids, and a natural bass roll-off that invites hour-long listening sessions without fatigue. Whether you’re diving into vinyl warmth or high-resolution digital, the AM7 presents music with honesty and ease rather than force and glare.
